thinkLaw Founder/CEO Colin Seale to Present at National Title I Conference

The National Title I Conference is the only conference focused entirely on national Title I issues and it emphasizes the critical nature of doing what’s right and what’s needed – today – to help every child succeed and achieve at high levels. We can’t believe it’s already been a year since we attended last year’s conference and now we’re excited to share that our Founder|CEO’s (Colin Seale) session will be featured at this year’s National Title 1 Conference on Saturday February 10th, from 1:30pm-2:15pm in Exhibitor Session Room B.

Educators often treat critical thinking like a luxury good reserved for top students. Students who struggle with behavior issues do not get the benefits of analyzing different perspectives and thinking through root causes of problems – both which would improve empathy and enhance decision-making skills to contribute to a more positive school culture. Colin’s session, Chronic Discipline, Bullying & Critical Thinking: Building Empathy Using Real Legal Cases, will profile two amazing Title I schools (JD Mack Middle & Gila Bend USD) where we’ve launched thinkLaw to not only help our teachers push all students towards more engaging and rigorous instruction, but also help educators tackle the complex socio-emotional challenges that impact school culture.

Please join him on Saturday at 1:30 pm to learn about how you can join our critical thinking revolution! We hope to see you during the session, but if you can’t make it we will also be at Booth #504 throughout the conference giving out free hugs, firm handshakes, and candy from the 99 cent store, so please come on by! In the meantime, check out our overview for more information.
